Who we are

Dream Oaks Developers - SMC Pvt Limited is a sister company of Khushbakht Property Network which provides the development services for various residential and commercial projects. We are existing in Pakistan from the year 2016 with our first brain child projects of Lucky Lake View Heights in Bani Gala followed by B-Square in B-17 Islamabad.

Previously, we started building and selling Villas at competitive prices in Dubai under the name of our company Dream Oaks Real Estate developments. This involved us in growing our own interest in development side along with the Real Estate work in Pakistan. After participating in many gigantic projects in Karachi as a part of joint venture, we finally initiated our projects in the World’s most beautiful Capital city Islamabad.
